Ethos and the Ethos IT department is made up of great, fun people. Since it is a small company you have a lot of autonomy over your work, even as an intern. The environment with less people also makes visibility to management and the C-suite possible.

What I liked
I loved the office. It was a brand new place with tons of windows, and open space, amazing cafe area, and in a really cool pocket of Irving with tons of places to eat.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have had more time with other interns, but instead was with my team if full time people majority for the time (which ultimately was better for me)
Advice
Be intentional about getting to know your coworkers every day. There is so much to learn every single day.
